Marketing Consent Information
Service information
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This page provides general information about marketing communications, not legal advice. Final policies and terms are subject to review.
Affirmative opt-in
Where we request consent for marketing communications, we ask you to make an affirmative choice to receive them. Service-related messages may be sent when needed to administer an account or requested service.
Your choices
Marketing messages identify themselves as promotional and include our mailing contact, policy links, and an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribe links do not require a new account, payment, or login. Online opt-outs are applied when the request succeeds; reply requests must be honored within 10 business days. An emailed opt-out mechanism remains available for at least 30 days after sending.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the message's link or supported one-click email-client control, reply with “unsubscribe,” or email support. Unsubscribing suppresses optional marketing for that recipient; it does not stop necessary receipts, security notices, legal-document notices, or other non-marketing communications about a requested service. You do not need to buy a service to exercise these choices.
Optional website analytics permission is separate from marketing email consent. Consent choices are not inferred from a closed popup, an unselected checkbox, or acceptance of general terms. See our Privacy Notice for email delivery and interaction records.
